Bayou Woodturners - New Orleans - Turned art is a form of expression for wood and other materials. The Bayou Woodturners invites woodturners of all levels to join in our artform. Bayou Woodturners is a chapter of American Association of Woodturners. We have a membership of about 100 woodturners, and have monthly meetings where we exchange ideas, share our wood turning knowledge, demonstrate turning techniques and projects.
Caledonian Society of New Orleans - New Orleans - Ths website was established in order to promote the Scottish culture in the New Orleans area and to make accessible to the public the various activities of the society. The Crescent City Model Railroad Club (CCMRC) is home to one of the largest HO scale layouts in the Gulf South. We are located in Metairie, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans (aka the Crescent City). We model a ficticious raiload, called the Crescent Lines, whose mainlines carry frieght and passengers to and from the beautiful south.
Crescent City R/C Club - New Orleans - The picture(s) depicts the original construction of the Goal Mine Flying Field of which many members still remember the efforts that were required to get this facility up and running back in 1988. Well in the year 2010 we are were at it again.

The members have common interests and heritage, and meet regularly for business and social events with the common cause of philanthropy.
Delta Region of the SCCA - the local chapter of the Sports Car Club of America for the New Orleans area. Delta Region was chartered in 1954, by the Sports Car Club of America . Based in New Orleans, the club is one of four in Louisiana (Baton Rouge/Cenla, Lake Charles/Sowela, Shreveport/Red River). Today, Delta has over 150 members.

Italian American Marching Club - The Italian American Marching Club is one of the largest ethnic organizations in the Southeastern United States. It was founded by Joseph Cardenia and friends in 1970 and has climbed to heights of 1500 members in recent years. Our objective is to keep our Italian heritage prevalent in New Orleans, the destination of so many of our forefathers in the 19th and 20th centuries. Our organization is unique in that we have incorporated the focal point of New Orleans' festive culture, the parade, into our love of our Italian heritage. We do this in celebration of St. Joseph's Day each year.
